Sankranthi, the much-awaited harvest festival, was celebrated with enthusiasm at our school, blending tradition, culture, and joy. Marking the sun's transition into Capricorn, this festival symbolizes gratitude for the harvest and new beginnings. Our school grounds came alive with colourful kites, vibrant rangolis, fresh paddy displays, and festive decorations. The celebrations began with the lighting of the Bhogi fire by our esteemed chief guest, Sri Voleti Satya Narayana garu, accompanied by our correspondent, Mr. Ch. V. Narasimha Rao, and Joint Secretary, Mr. Ch. Vijay Prakash. The event highlighted various traditions, including the preparation of Pongal, Bhogi Pallu blessings for children, and cultural performances. Students dressed as Haridas, pittaladora, and other traditional roles, adding authenticity to the celebration. They also organized a Bommalu Koluvu, explaining the cultural significance of each display and honouring the contribution of farmers by donning traditional farmer attire. The chief guest, parents, and teachers appreciated the children's enthusiasm and efforts to preserve and showcase our rich traditions. The celebration truly reflected the spirit of Sankranthi, connecting us to our roots while fostering a sense of joy and togetherness.

The Cluster-7 (Andhra, Telangana) Kabaddi and Volleyball competitions held at Sri Prakash Educational Institutions for the past three days have ended on a grand scale. Around 1200 athletes from more than 100 schools from two Telugu states participated in this competition with great enthusiasm and showed their sportsmanship.  Mrs. Vangalapudi Anita, Home Minister, who is the chief guest at the closing ceremony, inspired the sportsmen with her speech that sportsmen can have the competency to make a decision apart from societal knowledge, so parents and teachers should believe in a baby girl without any restrictions. Students should be the architects to make a golden path to live happily. The Guest of honor, Sri N. Surya Rao, Retired District Sports Development Officer, has motivated the sportsmen through his speech that this year, more than 100 students from this school have been selected for national-level sports because of the priority given by these educational institutions to sports along with studies. Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary of Educational Institutions, motivated the sportsmen through his speech that sportsmen who prefer sports along with their studies, will not only gain good physical fitness and mental courage, but they will also acquire the skill of taking wins and losses with equal potential which is possible through games and sports. Students who win first prize in these competitions are qualified for national-level competitions. Later, Sri. Ch.V.K. Narasimha Rao, the secretary and correspondent of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions, and his better half, Smt. Ch. Rama Sita has highly honored and felicitated the chief guest, Smt. Vangalapudi Anitha, Home Minister, Andhra Pradesh with a memento and a shawl. Medals and mementos were awarded to the winners of the competitions. Students from various schools, coaches, parents, and many dignitaries from Tuni, Payakaraopet, and surrounding areas have attended this grant event.

Sri Prakash celebrated the Teachers’ Day gloriously. The celebrations were conducted on 4th Septemember,2024 at Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan. September 4th was dedicated to honour the Teachers in Sri Prakash. The celebrations started with the lightening the lamp by Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary along with the heads of the institutions.
In this context, a panel discussion was conducted on What is the role of a teacher in his/her classroom as Artificial Intelligence starts delivering many things he/she does today? The panel was moderated by Sri M.V.V.S. Murthy, Senior Principal. All the panellists debated the topic so constructively and informatively. All the teachers were enthralled with the discussion.
Speaking to the occasion, Sri Ch. Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary, Sri Prakash Educational Institutions, highlighted the role of Artificial Intelligence in the field of education and how it would transform the learning process. He also differentiated the progress with technology and without technology.
All the winners in various competitions such as cricket, volleyball, tennikoit, throwball and running were given away the prizes. As the part of celebrations, the teachers performed skits and presented songs. They exhibited their cultural prowess in a splendid way. 

All the teachers were presented with the book ‘Automatic Habits by James Clear. The celebrations ended in grand way.

Sri Prakash Educational Institutions celebrated the 48th Foundation Day festivities on song in the midst of the roaring talents in a jubilant manner at Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, Tuni for two days on 19th and 20th Aug 2024. Budding talents in playback music from all the Sriprakash schools and colleges vied for the top honours in two categories-Juniors and Seniors to test their mettle.

The 18th edition of Gata Rahe Mera Dil, a mesmerizing musical competition, caught the attention of every local musical lover on 19th and 20th August. Eminent Personalities from the field of playback music acted as Jurists. Sri V Srikrishna, an eminent playback singer readily accepted to be the Chief Guest. Sri M Bhishma Rao, Principal, Vijay Raga Tarangini music school, Sri N Ravi Shekar, a Versatile Keyboard Player and Sri Joga Rao, a playback singer were the Guests of Honour and Jurists for this scintillating musical gala. 

The school and college students of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions in two categories—Juniors and Seniors— regaled the audience in various shades and emotions of playback music of RD Burman and lyrics of Veturi Sundara Ramamurthy. 

The experts’ renditions displayed what it means to be a champion performer in any field. Sri M Bhishma Rao came up with a subtle performance on various musical instruments. Sri Joga Rao’s rendition spellbound the audience with its charm. Sri V Srikrishna’s soulful voice took the eager audience to a sublime world of refined sapta swaras.  

Sri Ch Vijay Prakash, Joint Secretary, SPES, emphasized that everyone should set a goal, fix it hardly in every part of the body and work on it relentlessly. Anyone can achieve their goals with committed determination and dedicated discipline. He believed that these primary efforts by students will elevate them to professional heights.

24 students in the Junior category and 11 students in the Senior category competed in the musical gala. The winners were given away prizes by the Chief Guest Sri V Srikrishna. In the Juniors category N. Jeslene Drakshika of X, SPVN CBSE Payakaraopeta bagged 1st Place, Chy. O. Deekshatha Sri, VI, SPVN CBSE Payakaraopeta bagged 2nd Place and Chy. ACHIYAN, X SPSS, KKD bagged 3rd Place. In the Seniors category Chy. M. Joshika  notched up the 1st Place, Chy. K CHANDAΝΑ, I Yr SPJC bagged  the 2nd Place and Chy. G.Sai Sri, I Year, SPACES DEGREE COLLEGE bagged 3rd Place.

Patriotism was seen on every face and in action during 78th independence day celebrations here in Sri Prakash on Thursday. High voltage Parade by the students of different NCC wings filled the audience hearts with patriotic feelings. In his address, one of the guests, A. Ramakrishna Reddy, Principal, SPACES Degree College made his speech strong and spellbound emphasising the power of freedom can change the fate of the country with youth involvement in every sector. The other distinguished guest, VVSS Bhanu Murthy, Principal, Sri Prakash Junior College addressed the gathering with the importance of advanced technology in science such as Artificial Intelligence spreading its wings in every field posing challenges for human beings, but it may not replace the teachers who produce scientists, doctors, engineers, politicians etc., with material emotions. Winners were given prizes in running and kho-kho. The best performer in 2023-24 SSC examinations, E. Harshitha was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 1516 sponsored by alumni, Mr. Harinadh. Programme went on well with students' speech and songs followed by friuts distribution. All the heads of various wings, teachers, parents, non-teaching staff and students were involved in  the celebration.

Success is an excellent habit at Sri Prakash every year when it comes to academics. As they say action speaks louder than words, here at Sri Prakash results speak louder than success…

It is a great record-breaking victory for Sri Prakash Vidya Niketan, CBSE students with 100% credibility. Chy. Penumetsa Varshini stood first with 485 out of 500 followed by Chy. Krupalini Pattjoshi with 484, Chy. Pallikonda Darsh Teja with 482, Chy. Gampala Roshitha Devi 480… 28 students scored above 90% in all Subjects.
Sri Prakash  Vidyaniketan – State Board, as well, achieved outstanding results in the SSC-2024 examinations. The school’s performance has been nothing short of fabulous, with students achieving remarkable scores. Our Top Scorers, A. Tanu Sri and Y. Shanmukha Priya secured impressive 595 and excellent 592 respectively out of 600 marks.
Highlights of the Results: 
• 100% Pass Rate: Every student who appeared for the exams passed successfully. 
• A total of 62 students scored above 550 marks, showcasing their dedication and hard work. 
• 135 Students obtained scores above 500, reflecting their commitment to excellence. 
• 182 Students secured marks above 450, demonstrating consistent effort. 
Consistency is the mark of Sri Prakash Junior College in the IPE 2024 results. Once again, our students proved that nobody could prevent them from becoming victorious with the combined efforts of the students, parents and staff members.
Two students got 464 and 463 respectively. Three students got 461. Two got 460 in the MPC stream out of 470 marks. 433 and 432 out of 440 marks were notched up in the BiPC stream.
SPACES Degree College successfully finished the academic year 2021-2024. The following results reinforce the standards of the college. The students from B.Sc., B.Com (Computer Applications) & BBA disciplines excelled in their studies, achieving significant milestones.

Two of our students proved their mettle bagging the best ranks in Andhra University examinations. Chy. K. Jayanthi from B.Sc. (MPCS) secured first rank in Anakapalli district with 9.66 CGPA and Chy. B. Teja Sri from BBA programme attained the second rank in Anakapalli district with 8.57 CGPA.
Overall pass percentages of the disciplines are as follows -
B.Sc. : 78 %
B.Com : 87 %
BBA : 83 %

Sri Prakash continues its tradition of cerebrating regional, national and international events at its best possible. On account of " The International Yoga Day" here on 21 June, 2024, many students performed different yogasanas to spread the theme " Yoga for Self and Society" under the supervision of yoga instructors. Addressing the gathering, the senior principal, MVVS. Murthy said that yoga is spiritual discipline that brings peaceful balance between mind and body. He told the students to make it a habit of daily routine not only for them but also their family members. He congratulated all the participants. Along with the principal, other block in chargers, HMs, teachers and PETs took part.
